Dear Site Visitors,

I want to thank those who sent e-mails to the site about Kent’s passing. Your thoughts and prayers were most appreciated. As a real life friend who was fortunate enough to know Kent for many years this has been a crappy last two weeks.

I’m not sure how much of Kent's personal life you should talk about with complete strangers. I don’t know if it would be right for me to share all the details about his death. So, I’ll just leave it at I hope Kent’s at peace now. He’ll always be a friend. Someone I have many good, fond memories of. I just wish I could have said a proper goodbye.

The entire Far, Far Away website will remain online and I will continue to update all the sections that aren’t Merlin’s Keep. I want to thank Jess and Shana, the new maintainers of Merlin’s Keep since June 1st, for putting in some extra time and keeping my portion of Far, Far Away updated over the last couple weeks. I know Kent was proud of Far, Far Away’s development over the last fourteen years and would want it to stay up and running for as long as possible.
